To me, being in Alignment means that everything you do, say and show is completely in line with the soul (core) of you as a professional, your company, your project, product or service.
Entrepreneurs and organizations often think that they are, but when I go through the organization with a dust comb, it turns out that what they say is not in line with who they are. Noise has arisen.
The 'upper current' is not in line with the 'under current'.
And that noise unintentionally causes many underlying problems such as dissatisfied employees, dissatisfied customers, paying a lot of attention to things that are not going well, lagging behind the facts.

Language of the heart
I examine your organization from top to bottom, from inside to outside and from back to front to find out what the language of the heart of the organization is. To what extent is the upstream (what is said) equal to the undercurrent (what is felt)? Do management and the shop floor speak the same language? Do customers hear something different from employees? And is the current language still consistent with the original language of the company and is that actually still desirable?
Narrative
The narrative is an all-encompassing story, including your business story and certainly also your personal story. How did you become who you are today? How has life shaped you and what has shaped your business? How has your company developed?In short, what is the common thread of your story over the years? I believe that all this creates the story that tells who you are, what you do and how you do it: it provides authenticity, meaning and inspiration.
Profile with Soul
The Profile with Soul is the story from the heart of you as a professional and from your company. In my view, it means that your communication is completely in line with who you are at the core.It shows the X-factor of you as a professional, as a company. It's basically about the twinkle in your eye when you talk about your work. It creates an inspiration that people (unconsciously) recognize in themselves, which people are touched by and to which they connect.
